Hi Gwen --

Congratulations on this idea and I'll be stopping by for some new ideas or maybe just a chuckle. I am saddened, though, that I was not chosen to blog for your site since, when you look at your criteria, I don't do too badly. Kinda:

Best? Well, sure, sort of. I mean, you could do a lot worse. I've had a wide variety of national audiences absolutely in stiches, laughing so hard, although I am not entirely sure they were laughing at my jokes or some detail of my chosen garb or mannerism. However, let's give me a pass on this one.

Brightest? A home run. As a Wisconsinite/Pennsylvaniaite who recently moved to San Diego, CA (because the job prospects in CA are just so much better! lol!!), I can not tell you how many people have walked up to me and said "Your sunburned face is the brightest red I've ever seen." So there you have it; independent confirmation on the brightest!

Fun? We'll have no doubt on this one either. In fact, I have it on fairly good authority that when I have presented my budgets or P/L statements to the CFO or CEO, they laughed harder and longer than with anyone else! And these are not people easily prone to laughter, mind you.

But as I say, best of luck with your new venture here & I'll certainly be a regular reader! --ev
