Our client is seeking a Director of Clinical Documentation to integrate clinical documentation across the growing health system under CMS guidelines and ensure appropriate reimbursement according to services rendered. This person will work at a variety of hospital levels including clinicians and Revenue Cycle staff to ensure compliance, improve quality outcomes, and support Core Measures. This person’s job will be to drive the integration of clinical documentation and coding, critical to meeting quality outcomes and securing reimbursement. We’re seeking a candidate to effectively lead and manage change and standardization. Finally, this person will manage a team of Clinical Documentation Specialists.

Skills
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and are a Registered Nurse. Candidates must have knowledge of hospital policies and procedures, provide leadership to team members, and an in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to clinical and quality compliance.
