Primarily responsible for reviewing and expanding work with existing clients, implementation of new clients, and the quality review and training of current and newly hired associates.

Position Responsibilities:

. Work with revenue cycle and patient account leaders at clients to implement best practices and improve revenue cycle performance
. Evaluate current business offerings and identify improvements, enhancements and new service line opportunities
. Implement work and develop staff at new engagements
. Assist in identification of new business product/service offerings
. Working knowledge of all client departmental operations, including managed care contractual terms and requirements, business office operations, accounts receivable and financial reporting technology, basic accounting and industry standards for healthcare revenue resolution management practices
. Establish quality review process for existing work and associates
. Further develop training processes for new and existing associates
. Oversee the development, enhancement and ongoing education of all direct reports
. Ensure areas of responsibility achieve quarterly cash and financial goals
. Comply with federal and state laws, company policies and procedures

Essential Skills and Experience:

. Minimum of five years experience as a Manager/Director in a hospital based patient financial services and/or revenue cycle department
. In-depth knowledge of hospital billing and reimbursement
. Experience developing client/vendor relationships
. Computer proficient – Microsoft Word and Excel
. Analytical and problem solving skills
. Ability to read and interpret and extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies and procedures (in English)
. Ability to write routine correspondence (in English)
. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
. Strong customer service orientation
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
. Excellent leadership skills and abilities
. Commitment to company values
. Ability to travel to visit or implement new clients
