National Health IT Week is this week, September 12th – 16th, and organizations and facilities across the country are staging various events to recognize and bring attention to our industry. Over at Healthcare IT Central, we’re offering free job postings for the entire month of September (it’s a frenzy on the job board, have you seen it lately?) All kinds of events are scheduled in Washington, DC – President Obama officially proclaimed the Week, press conferences are being conducted to educate the public, and numerous roundtables and discussion panels are planned. All very interesting!
For those of us who aren’t in the DC area, however, one event that anyone can attend is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon in a Webinar format, led by none other than Gwenn Darlinger, whose name, I’ll be honest, is what initially attracted my attention.
