If you say this to a client or customer and genuinely mean it, you are well on your way to developing a long-term professional relationship that is likely to be both profitable and meaningful. I can’t speak enough about how important I think it is to approach every day with gratitude and to look for opportunities to tell others about the positive difference they have made in your life. It just might be a few kind words from you that remind a customer why they connected with your business in the first place or simply make another human’s day a little brighter.
