Are You Doing a Job or Your Passion?

I’ve recently been thinking about people’s reaction to Monday morning. Do you look forward to going back to work on Monday mornings or do you dread Monday mornings? Your answer to this question likely determines if you are doing a job or if you’re working on your passion. Certainly, there are other factors which you might enjoy at work such as spending time with your co-workers, but when you’re passionate about the work you do it changes everything.

Work or Passion

I’ve found this quote to be true. When you care about the work you’re doing it’s amazing how much more motivated you are to do great work. A work day fueled by passion is the best feeling you can have in the office.

What type of job do you have? Do you have a job that fuels and fulfills your passion? If not, why not? Is there a job that matches your passion? Why not change jobs if you’re not passionate about your work today?
